I'm so excited to share more from Gayle from Mom and Camera.
When did you decide to pursue photography?
I decided to learn photography when my 3rd baby was a few months old. I wanted better photos of my children and the ability to document my life and the beautiful people in it! Pretty much the first time I picked up a camera I was hooked.
How would you describe your photography style?
Clean and simple. It wasn't always that way but it is where I am most happy now.
What is your favorite lens in your camera bag right now?
Easy. My 50mm f 1.4. It has been my favorite for so long that I can't envision another taking its place.
Favorite Pretty Presets Collection or Preset?
This is easy, too. I love the Pretty Presets Workflow set and use it all the time! I also use the the Pretty Film Pastels Collection and the Pretty Film Bohemian Collection a bunch.
What advice would you give to new photographers?
To find what you love and don't let anyone tell you that you should do "this" or you should be like "them." You can love photography with no strings attached! Be and do what you love with no excuses.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Still loving and sharing photography with those around me and using my talents and gifts in a way that makes me happy.
Any last words or advice you'd like to give?
You are amazing. You are talented. You have gifts to share with the world. Don't be afraid to let your light shine!!
